Wool Market: International And Chinese Trade Associations Conduct Video Telephone Exchange On The Situation Of South Africa'S Wool
On the afternoon of July 25, the China Wool Textile Industry Association held a video telephone exchange with the International Wool Textile Organization and the South African wool Bureau on the trade between South African wool and China.
South Africa has close wool trade with China. South Africa is China's third largest wool importer, and China is the main destination of South Africa's wool exports. Recently, the export of raw wool from South Africa to China has been affected by the foot-and-mouth disease in South Africa. Initiated by the International Wool Textile Organization, as the National Committee of the International Wool Textile Organization, the China Wool Textile Industry Association and the South African wool Bureau exchanged views. The South African wool bureau gave feedback to the International Wool Textile Organization and the China Wool Textile Industry Association on the latest situation of South African wool export to China.
