Interview Designer Wang Yutao

Reporter: you won the two most important awards this year. I just saw you on the stage and hugged with Su Mans. Then she said you are the best. What kind of mood are you?

In 2007, in fact, she looked at my show for the first time in the background. She said, Wang Yutao, I look after you. I must help you become the leader of China's pioneer men's clothing. I think it's hard for a Chinese designer to show her love. I don't want to live up to her. I can only do better.

Reporter: this year's show everyone liked it very much after watching it. I feel very, very mature. Can you say something about your changes from 2007 to now?

Wang Yutao: as I grow up, I'm getting older.

Reporter: which prize do you value more than these two prizes?

Wang Yutao: all two are important. The first is I think China is finally.

This stage has been noticed by more and more people, and is being watched and funded by international brands such as Mercedes Benz. This will be great.

Another Golden Summit Award, I can get it. I think this is the only golden award I have ever received. I am very excited to get it now.

Reporter: Mercedes Benz will sponsor you next.

Career?

Wang Yutao: I don't know yet.

But I think there should be a broader stage to show ourselves.

Reporter: since you first got the Mercedes Benz Chinese Pioneer Designer Award, have you ever thought that you may still not get the Golden Summit Award this year?

Wang Yutao: No.

Interviewer: do you think you may get two prizes?

Wang Yutao: actually, we had a cocktail party at noon today. I said my competition for the gold top award this year. These ten years are a kind of experience and growth for me, but there are two other candidates beside me, especially Ceng Fengfei, who has been very successful in business. China's top shopping malls, Beijing's new world, has Ceng Fengfei's teacher's counters. At the same time, he spent 10 days in September 28th to October 8th to do his personal art exhibition. All posters in Xin Guang world are Ceng Fengfei's teacher. I think this is the highest affirmation for Chinese men's wear designer. He is my role model.

I also hope that one day my brand can also appear in China's top shopping malls.

Reporter: now your maturity in design is obvious to all. What are your future plans in business?

Wang Yutao: of course, we hope to be able to applaud again.

Reporter: I have always said that China's fashion is also because the efforts of your designers have been created from China to China. How do you think about Chinese creation? How far do you think it is from the real arrival of China?

Wang Yutao: I think China has created a lot, but we need consumers to recognize, accept, our own people do not accept their own people, it is very difficult for others to accept, that is, we must think of ourselves.
