Division of responsibilities between buyers and sellers

As follows:


* seller's responsibility


(1) deliver the goods to the ship designated by the buyer within the specified port of shipment and time limit, and notify the buyer in time.


(2) all costs and risks until the goods pass the ship's side, including export tax, inspection fee, export licence fee and other formalities necessary for shipping.


(3) a clean bill of lading which provides the customary packing of goods at their own expense and certify that the goods have been delivered to the side of the designated vessel.


(4) to provide the certificate of origin at the buyer's request and at its own cost, and to assist the buyer in obtaining the other documents issued by the country of shipment or the country of origin required by the importer or the pit country at the cost and risk of the buyer.

(1) booking a ship at its own expense, and shipping the name, loading berth and date of shipment to the seller;


(2) to bear all the expenses and risks arising from the passing of the goods and pay the price according to the contract;


(3) to bear the risk of any additional risks arising from the failure of the buyer to appoint a vessel in time, or the arrival of a designated vessel within the specified time limit, or to arrive at the same time, but not to carry the goods, and the risk of the goods arising from the date of the relevant prescribed time limit or the date of delivery, but subject to the determination of the goods as the contracted goods;


(4) in the case of seller's liability (4), all expenses and expenses, including consular and visa fees, shall be paid for the collection of documents included in the seller's liability.
