Ministry Of Ecology And Environment: Further Compaction Of Local Ecological Environmental Protection Responsibility

 

Ye min, Vice Minister of the Ministry of ecology and environment, said at the press conference of the State Council of Singapore on May 12 that facing the goal of building a beautiful China in 2035, and in accordance with the requirements of reducing pollution and reducing carbon, and in-depth fighting the battle of pollution prevention and control, the construction of environmental governance system still has a long way to go.

The next step is to further compact the responsibility of local ecological environment protection, and improve the vertical management system of monitoring, supervision and law enforcement of eco-environmental organizations below the provincial level.

Second, we should continue to strengthen the responsibility of environmental governance of enterprises and implement the emission permit management system in accordance with the law.

Third, strengthen social supervision and continue to promote the opening of environmental protection facilities to the public.

The fourth is to strengthen the construction of market system, innovate environmental governance mode, and improve the enthusiasm of market participants.
